All advice and support provided is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical advice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Sleepy Bears is not a medical service.
We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.
If your child has a medical concern or underlying health condition, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to sleep routines.
Parents and caregivers remain fully responsible for their child’s wellbeing and safety at all times.
4. Client Responsibility
By engaging our services, you confirm that:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the child

You understand that sleep progress can vary and results are not guaranteed
Sleep outcomes depend on many factors, including consistency, child temperament, development, and family circumstances.
5. Payments
All services provided by Sleepy Bears FZCO must be paid for in full before any services begin.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Discovery calls where applicable

One-to-one consultations

Preparation of sleep plans

Written guidance, resources, or follow-up support

No calls will be scheduled, and no plans or written materials will be prepared or shared, until payment has been received in full.
Prices and payment details will be clearly communicated before booking. Once payment has been made and services have commenced, refunds are not typically available, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Discovery calls

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible

Missed calls without notice may not be rebooked
Consultations & packages

Once a consultation or package has begun, refunds are not typically available

If exceptional circumstances arise, these will be considered on a case-by-case basis
7. Communication Boundaries
Where WhatsApp or email support is included:

Support is provided during agreed hours only

Responses may not be immediate

Emergency support is not provided
For urgent medical or safety concerns, please contact appropriate emergency or healthcare services.
8. Intellectual Property

are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

Implementation of sleep advice is always at the parent’s discretion
